the building the road and the car don't load
how can i solve this problem
i use the patch 1.0.5.0
I tested veru long time ago ,cars like in post writed no cars on road only some parked like normal gta to spawn car youse it or chets to spawn ,i tested on 1.0.7.0 no problem on very low end pc + i used commandline and high piority bat file to run game and disabled explorer.exe and in comand line low resolution and have 30fps max when i havent on normal max 5fps
